By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What these terms cover — and what they do not

These terms govern this website only. Raplo Capture is a separate product of Orinda Labs LLC and is governed by its own terms of service, presented when you sign up for it. Nothing on this website is an offer to contract for Raplo Capture; the product’s own terms and its published plans control that relationship.

3. Products described on this site

Raplo Capture is available now. Other products described on this website, including everything on the vision page labelled “in development”, are statements of intended direction only. They are not offered for sale, are not the subject of any commitment, and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. Nothing on this site creates an obligation to develop or release any product.

4. Permitted use

You may view and share the content of this site for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or retrieve content at a rate that degrades service for others.

5. Intellectual property

The Orinda Labs and Raplo names and logos, and the content of this site, are owned by Orinda Labs LLC or its licensors. These terms grant you no licence to use them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orinda Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of this website.

This site links to other sites, including raplo.ai and capture.raplo.ai. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any site we link to, and a link is not an endorsement.
